CONCRETE LEVELING
RESTORE,
DON’T REPLACE.
FAQs
What is concrete leveling?
Concrete leveling is the process of lifting and restoring uneven or sunken concrete slabs to their original position. We inject a specialized spray foam material beneath the surface to fill gaps, stabilize the soil, and raise the slab back into place.
How does spray foam concrete leveling work?
We drill small holes into the affected concrete and inject an expanding polyurethane foam underneath. The foam fills empty spaces, compacts the soil, and gently lifts the concrete until it’s level again. Once cured, the foam provides long-lasting stability.
What causes concrete to sink or become uneven?
Common causes include soil erosion, poor compaction during construction, water drainage issues, or natural ground settling over time. These conditions create voids under the slab that lead to cracking or sinking.
What types of concrete can be leveled?
Our spray foam leveling can be used on driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, pool decks, and warehouse slabs—basically any concrete surface that’s become uneven or unsafe.
How long does the process take?
Most residential jobs can be completed in just a few hours, and the area is ready for normal use shortly after completion—often within minutes.
Is spray foam leveling better than mudjacking?
Yes. Unlike traditional mudjacking, spray foam requires smaller holes, adds minimal weight to the soil, and is water-resistant—helping prevent future settling. It’s also faster and cleaner.
Will the foam deteriorate over time?
No. The polyurethane foam we use is durable, waterproof, and designed to last for decades without shrinking or breaking down.
